The starting point. A simple membership agreement covers confidentiality, how clients are handled, and confirms RTB works alongside your relationship — not in place of it. Members get a dedicated RTB contact, access to Alliance resources, and the ability to introduce RTB Capital Group to clients with confidence.
When a specific client is ready, a per-client agreement defines the scope of work, which payment model applies, how revenue is shared if financial licenses are involved, and how communication flows between RTB, you, and your client. This keeps every engagement clear from day one.
