We launched RTB Capital Group, and for the first time, I worked directly with business owners in a consulting role. Then I earned my Enrolled Agent designation, became a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and continued to build out RTB Advisors and RTB Wealth Advisors alongside it. Today, we are also specialized in pension planning for small businesses — one of the most overlooked wealth-building tools available to business owners. Building this while still wearing all the hats.

So when I sit across from a business owner who is exhausted, invisible in their own company, wondering why the strategy isn't working — I don't just understand it professionally.

I understand it personally.

Because here is what I learned in all those years of doing before being seen — most business owners aren't losing wealth because they lack revenue or effort.

They're losing it because their business, tax, financial, and exit strategies were never designed to work together. And because the human decisions underneath those strategies — the trust, the clarity, the accountability — were never addressed at all.

That gap costs more than money. It costs time, peace, and the freedom that was supposed to be the whole point. Closing that gap is the work I built my life around.
