Hi! My name is Amanda Bar, Co-Founder of RTB Capital Group LLC and host of Shifters Podcast. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, I am passionate about enhancing privately held businesses' value from growth through exit. I enjoy working with owners who want to understand their business value and uncover the most common gaps to protect and enhance the value of their business. I launched Shifters Podcast in 2020 to share power-packed conversations and insights that would inspire every business to keep on the move.  

It has been an honor to spend the past ten years working in and with many companies on transformations to increase value, create efficiency, reduce costs, and bring alignment. The opportunity to assist business owners on their journey is a bond that transcends business beyond charts and diagrams.
